Patricia's funeral service is being held at Woodvale Crematorium, on Thursday 25th August 2016 at 12:00pm, in the North Chapel.

Family have politely requested family flowers only, but should anyone like to make a donation, please make payable to St. Peter and St. James Hospice, C/o Henfield Funeral Services, The Old Bell, High Street, Henfield, BN5 9HN or via the link on Patricia's homepage.

Alternatively, there will be a donation box placed at the entrance of the Chapel, and then moved to The Woolpack Pub, Burgess Hill, where family warmly invite you all to raise a glass in Patricia's memory.
